How fresh is the data?
Most leads are available in your dashboard within days of a new business appearing. Our system monitors Texas continuously and updates your dashboard daily. This is not a monthly or quarterly data dump — it's a living feed of new Texas businesses as they're detected.
Do the leads include phone numbers?
Yes, for a significant portion of new Texas businesses. These are direct phone numbers captured at the time of detection — not appended from a third-party database later. This is one of Tripwire's key advantages over traditional lead providers.
Where does the data come from?
We use a proprietary detection system that monitors multiple sources across Texas. Our data pipeline is built specifically for Texas and captures new businesses that most providers miss entirely. We cross-reference multiple independent signals to confirm what type of business is opening at each address.
What geographic areas do you cover?

How is this different from buying a list from a data broker?
Data brokers sell recycled lists that are weeks or months old. Tripwire detects new businesses within days and includes cross-referenced intelligence that confirms what type of business is opening. By the time a traditional list vendor has the data, our customers have already made contact.
